The first woman to try ACS—and the reason we never looked back.

Brandy came to us through her husband, Adam, who had significant hair loss. At that point in my career, I could only treat the front with a transplant. The crown was uncharted territory—so I developed techniques that didn’t exist yet. That’s how ACS was born.

Adam’s results exceeded expectations. But it was Brandy who took the bigger leap. After seeing what ACS did for him, she showed up at his follow-up and insisted we try it on her.

I was hesitant. Nothing I’d seen had worked for women. I’d even stopped offering treatment out of fear I couldn’t deliver. But Brandy was willing—and the result changed everything.

She became patient zero. We’ve had ups and downs, including stress-related shedding, but ACS brought her back every time.
