We begin by extracting fine, single-hair grafts, followed by thicker, multi-hair grafts, using micro-instruments. The approach allows hairs to be inserted closer together, increasing hairline density while feathering its appearance.
Instead of circular punch sites, we use narrow linear slits to place hairs closer together with less trauma. This technique increases density while preserving skin health and achieving a more natural result.
Traditional PUE methods use sharp blades and tweezers, which can damage follicles, causing scarring and poor survival rates. MICRO PUE minimizes these risks with precision vibration and suction technology, preserving vital structures like oil glands and connective tissue.
