Can you combine micro & discrete FUE in one hair transplant?

Hello, everybody. It’s Dr. Vinay Rawlani from Northwestern Hair. In today’s video, I want to talk to you about adding some Micro FUE to your Discrete FUE procedure whenever that combination is possible. Now, this combination is possible. It is something we do all the time. Remember, a Discrete FUE is just a Micro FUE using the vibration suction technology, but with the change in techniques such that we don’t need to do a buzz cut or that allows us to [inaudible] hair. If there are areas on the back of your scalp where you don’t mind them being buzzed, like down low with a taper, we can easily do a Micro FUE to add some additional hair grafts area. And a lot of times, this allows us to increase the graft count during your procedure. So it can be in benefit. It is possible.
