‘Northwestern’ for lost gift cards:
If a patient says they had a complementary consult code but lost it, you can use the code “Northwestern“

‘Trackablemed’ for help converting:
If a patient is hesitant to schedule consultation because of the consult fee and you feel like they are motivated to get a procedure, use the code “Trackablemed“

‘Reschedule’ for patients who want to reschedule:
If patient wants to reschedule, book a new appointment as usual, however use ‘Reschedule‘ as the coupon code. After rescheduling them, tell the patient, they can go to the email confirmation and reschedule at any time
